Job summary

GameStop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations in a fast-paced gaming retail environment. You will supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, promote the loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, organized store that delivers exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to manage schedules, payroll, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote guest loyalty programs.
• Support Store Manager in scheduling, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure products are easy to see and buy.
• Process transactions accurately with POS and handle returns.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals with effective loss-prevention practices.
