Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of retail management experience preferred.
• Experience delivering high levels of guest service in a retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Support store operations and visual merchandising to drive sales and guest loyalty.
• Supervise sales staff in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure policy adherence.
