Job summary

GameStop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations. You will supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment with exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include supervising scheduling, processing transactions, and driving sales while maintaining store standards and company policies. Prior retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and coordinating daily store operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly and handle guest issues professionally.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs and promotions to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system and ensure accurate transactions.
• Promote loyalty programs and train staff on selling behaviors and customer engagement.
