Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to stand and move throughout the store for up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store management team and provide outstanding guest service experiences.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS computer system.
• Promote GameStop's unique guest benefits and ensure store cleanliness.
• Conduct store inventory counts and manage cash transactions.
• Supervise Sales Associates in the absence of management.
