Job summary

Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a jurisdiction compliance analyst to support regulatory legal and compliance framework in Canada and beyond. You will aid development, implementation, and ongoing improvements as the business expands into new markets.

The role requires 2-4+ years in compliance or regulatory operations, with familiarity of Ontario/Alberta gaming requirements, strong analytical and drafting abilities, and effective communication with regulators and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of compliance, legal, or regulatory operations experience.
• Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks, including Ontario and Alberta gaming requirements.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and become a regulatory subject matter expert.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior management and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Become a compliance subject matter expert across jurisdictions.
• Track regulatory requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Develop procedures to satisfy regulatory obligations.
• Maintain regulatory internal controls and documentation.
• Build relationships with gaming regulators across jurisdictions.
• Assist with licensing, registrations, and regulatory examinations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and alert stakeholders.
• Support regulatory reporting obligations and compliance documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce compliance risk.
• Manage multiple projects with clear cross-functional communication.
• Support launches and market expansion with regulatory input.
