Job summary

BetMGM LLC seeks an Analyst, Patron Complaints to implement and monitor policies ensuring online iGaming and sportsbook compliance across jurisdictions. You will draft incident reports, track regulatory actions, and coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to provide timely, accurate updates.

This role emphasizes meticulous record-keeping, deadline management, and collaboration across Compliance, Legal, Trading, and Responsible Gaming, with a strong focus on data quality and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal, audit, or related field.
• Experience in report writing, document management, and/or research and analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in investigation, drafting, and submission of incident reports to state regulatory agencies.
• Support intake, logging, and tracking of regulatory fines, citations, and civil penalties.
• Maintain tracker of cross-jurisdictional fines and warnings with status and deadlines.
• Prepare internal assessments for regulatory citations and proposed fines.
• Draft incident report narratives for review by Legal and Compliance teams.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, fines, and submissions.
• Monitor deadlines and regulatory response timelines, flag risks.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Trading, Responsible Gaming, and other areas to gather information.
