Job summary

WarHorse Gaming is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Director of Compliance and the AML team in upholding federal and state regulatory requirements, including BSA/FinCEN, Title 31, and KYC. This role emphasizes investigations, monitoring, and documentation across gaming operations in Lincoln, NE.

Ideal candidates will have experience in gaming or banking compliance, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in gaming, banking, or auditing preferred.
• Knowledge of Title 31 and the Bank Secrecy Act preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain compliance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
• Manage and maintain the Title 31 Compliance Program, including CTRs and SARs.
• Support the Director of Compliance in maintaining the KYC program.
• Conduct AML investigations, including customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
• Analyze exception reports and provide actions to leadership.
• Assist with AML audits and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of records.
