Job summary

LILT is seeking a Project Manager, Production to ensure successful execution across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will manage end-to-end workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and linguistic sign-off to meet SLAs, budgets, and quality standards.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll coordinate with internal engineering and linguistic teams, manage risks, and maintain tight timelines while upholding Production KPIs such as margin, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of professional experience in managing large-scale production for Enterprise accounts
• Proven customer-facing experience
• Excellent internal communication skills, including fast responsiveness and quick resolution
• Solid organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and multitasking
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production workflow (Translation, QA, DTP, Linguistic Sign Off, E-Learning, Multimedia)
• Ensure on-time delivery per customer SLA
• Maintain quality at the project level, adhering to assets and QA rules
• Communicate quickly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure accurate data entry and system administration, including invoicing and payments
• Monitor linguistic assets and project documentation
• Train resources on key production processes and methodology
• Manage risks and escalate issues with proposed solutions
• Coordinate with internal engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks
• Maintain deadlines and feasibility, and complete tasks on time
• Follow Production SOPs and best practices
• Aim for KPI targets (Margin, Quality, On Time Delivery)
