- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in platform/systems engineering including team leadership.
- Experience owning deployment standards and managing contractor talent.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and decision authority across casino and gaming systems; lead through influence and coordinate resources.
- Bridge product, architecture, and operations to sustain platform growth and real‑time fleet alignment.
- Set the deployment, upgrade, and modernization strategy for gaming platforms.
- Own integration patterns and architecture across multiple gaming components from vendor systems to in-house.
- Drive security, stability, and real‑time integrations across fleets and jurisdictions.
