Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miramar, Florida, is seeking a Lead Engineer, Solution Architecture and Engineering to lead design and deployment of modern infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. This onsite role reports to the Senior Manager, Solution Architecture & Engineering and requires hands-on leadership across IaC, container platforms, and DevOps practices.

You will drive cloud-native and hybrid solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP; develop Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering or related tech roles.
• Deep expertise with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency with IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM Templates.
• Experience with containerized workloads and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver infrastructure solutions across the enterprise tech landscape.
• Lead solution ownership from inception to production delivery.
• Drive standardization and reusable design patterns across domains.
• Architect and implement cloud-native and hybrid infra across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Operate containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead R&D efforts.
