Qualifications

• Hands-on repair of gaming PCs and refurbishment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Willingness to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy objects.
• Experience or interest in computer building and repair.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair gaming PCs.
• Replace CPUs, GPUs, Motherboards, Power Blocks, and other faulty components.
• Inspect, test, and refurbish equipment to meet company standards.
• Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble devices following detailed instructions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.
