Job summary

Fragile is a hyper-growth startup redefining how people access consumer hardware through seamless rentals. This role focuses on inspecting returned equipment, testing basic functionality, photographing assets, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

You will pick, pack, and label items, move stock as needed, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines. The position requires proven warehousing or refurbishment experience, strong organization, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory management, or equipment refurbishment environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed inspections of returned equipment and materials to determine functional status.
• Test basic functionality (power on, component check)
• Document and capture clear photographs of assets, highlighting any cosmetic defects
• Pick, pack, and label sold items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Physically move and stock inventory, tools, and supplies as required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks and meet critical project and operational deadlines.
• Follow all detailed instructions and safety protocols diligently.
