Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Refurbishment Associate at our Grapevine, TX facility to diagnose and repair gaming consoles, test and refurbish controllers, and ensure products meet resale quality standards. The role collaborates with colleagues across Refurbishment and Fulfillment Centers to maintain timely shipments and high customer satisfaction.

You will handle data-erasure, thorough cleaning, and rigorous functionality testing, following safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and provide state-required proof of age documentation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous distribution center experience preferred, particularly in fulfillment operations and quality assurance.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to lift products weighing up to 10 pounds from heights of up to six feet.
• Ability to push boxes weighing up to 30 pounds along a mechanically assisted conveyor.
• Capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks for extended periods (eight or more hours per day).

• Follow all safety procedures and exercise sound judgment in operational and loss-prevention practices.
