Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Tampa is hiring Gaming Support Techs to maintain and repair games, simulators, and tech equipment while delivering great guest service. You’ll work a dynamic schedule that can accommodate school or other jobs, and you’ll join a team that values friendly, solution‑driven colleagues.

On the Midway you’ll troubleshoot, perform routine maintenance, stock parts, assist guests, and keep games clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Friendly and able to smile while working days, nights and/or weekends.
• Willingness to learn and assist guests with technical requests.
• Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusements equipment and games on the Midway.
• Assist guests and maintain ideal player conditions at all times.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed.
• Stock, display, and secure merchandise; conduct inventories as applicable.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and take corrective action when needed.
