Job summary

Dave & Buster’s is hiring Gaming Support Techs or Midway Techs to keep our midway and equipment running. You’ll repair games, assist guests, and maintain a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Flexible schedules help you balance school or other jobs while our team stays upbeat.

We value reliable team players who communicate well and stay positive. Technical or electrical skills are preferred but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good communication with Guests and Team Members.
• Friendly with a positive attitude and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusement equipment in a timely manner.
• Assist guests with requests and answer questions as needed.
• Greet guests and maintain a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Load and refill tickets in redemption games and secure storage areas.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed.
