Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–6 years of substantive experience with technology and gaming law.
• Experience handling regulatory issues and litigation, including consumer class actions, gambling loss recovery actions, and mass arbitrations.
• Experience with state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations.
• Multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and drive to contribute to a growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise gaming industry clients on regulatory compliance and litigation matters.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts.
• Manage discovery processes such as depositions and document reviews.
• Oversee litigation strategies for consumer class actions, gambling loss recovery claims, mass arbitrations, and prediction market disputes.
• Manage state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written work.
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and provide solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships with responsiveness and practical advice.
