Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a junior to senior-level Associate Attorney with gaming law experience to join its renowned Gaming Practice. You will handle regulatory and litigation matters, advise clients, and contribute to developing innovative strategies across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 2–6 years of technology and gaming law experience. A hybrid work model and equal opportunity employment are offered.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2–6 years of substantive experience with technology and gaming law
• Demonstrated experience handling regulatory issues and litigation actions, including consumer class action, gambling loss recovery actions, and mass arbitration
• Experience with state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations
• Multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks experience preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to inspire client confidence through advocacy and practical judgment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and drive to contribute to a growing practice

Responsibilities

• Advise gaming industry clients on federal, state, and local regulatory compliance and litigation matters
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts
• Manage discovery processes including depositions and document reviews
• Oversee litigation strategies for consumer class actions, gambling loss recovery claims, mass arbitrations, and prediction market disputes
• Manage state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality written work
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and provide creative legal solutions
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness and practical advice
