Job summary

Aspiring attorney with 2–6 years of technology and gaming law experience is sought by a prominent AmLaw 100 international firm to join its Gaming Practice in a hybrid capacity. You will advise on regulatory and litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions, draft and argue motions, and drive discovery and strategy in complex cases.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and a track record in consumer class actions, gambling loss recovery, and mass

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–6 years of substantive experience with technology and gaming law.
• Demonstrated experience handling regulatory issues and litigation actions, including consumer class action, gambling loss recovery actions, and mass arbitration.
• Experience with state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations.
• Multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks experience preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to inspire client confidence through a strong presence, advocacy, and practical judgment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative to contribute to a growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise gaming industry clients on regulatory compliance and litigation matters.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts.
• Manage discovery processes like depositions and document reviews.
• Oversee litigation strategies for consumer class actions, gambling loss recovery claims, mass arbitrations, and prediction market disputes.
• Manage state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written work.
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and provide creative legal solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness and clear, practical advice.
