Job summary

RNInk is seeking a Gaming Associate Attorney - Litigation with 2–6 years of experience in gaming law to advise clients on regulatory compliance and complex litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

The role involves drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, and developing case strategies in state and federal courts, with exposure to consumer class actions and mass arbitrations. Hybrid work in Philadelphia, PA, and other listed cities.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 2–6 years of substantive experience with technology and gaming law
• Experience handling regulatory issues and litigation actions, including consumer class actions, gambling loss recovery actions, and mass arbitration
• Experience with state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations
• Multi-jurisdictional regulatory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Advise gaming industry clients on regulatory compliance and litigation matters
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts
• Manage discovery processes including depositions and document reviews
• Oversee litigation strategies for consumer class actions, gambling loss recovery, mass arbitrations, and related disputes
• Manage state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality written work
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and provide legal solutions
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear, responsive communication
