Performs low‑level maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gaming machines. Also performs general guest services, including making change on the floor for casino patrons.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (labor laws) and pass a background and credit check as required by the NIGC.
• Familiarity with the gaming industry preferred.
• Must have good guest service skills, a friendly personality, and be technically inclined.
