Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, preferably at a high volume or flagship location.
• Accurate cash and inventory control experience.
• Ability and willingness to develop game knowledge and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages and assists customers by providing information and resolving issues.
• Cross-sells merchandise and recommends products to meet customer needs.
• Processes point of sale transactions promptly and accurately.
• Performs greeter duties, welcoming guests and addressing customer needs.
• Restocks the sales floor and handles back-of-house duties like tagging and organization.
• Maintains a clean, visually appealing environment and manages displays.
• Supports inventory counts and cycle-count procedures.
• Communicates effectively with teammates to strengthen teamwork.
• Assists with product events including line management and sales processing.
• Occasionally represents Nintendo at off-site consumer events.
