Lucky Lincoln Gaming is seeking a Project Technician to inspect, maintain, transport, install, and repair its gaming units across the Chicagoland area. Requires 21+, clean background, and background checks with Illinois gaming authorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be able to pass a background check and obtain a terminal handler’s license from the Illinois gaming board.

Responsibilities

• Transport video gaming equipment across Chicagoland from LLG’s warehouse to customer locations and vice versa.
• Ram clear VGTs, memory wipes, software upgrades, troubleshooting software fails; installing cameras and locks; collecting parts/software from manufacturers; prepping and basing machines.
• Install gaming equipment with location owners, Illinois gaming board staff, and equipment manufacturers.
• Perform preventative maintenance on video gaming terminals and redemption terminals.
• Perform compliance audits on locations.
• Install, replace, or update data cables with wires and components.
• Collect and fill cash in redemption terminals occasionally.
• Handle warehouse duties: shipping/receiving, inventory control, admin paperwork, refurbishing components.
• Interact with establishments and patrons in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide on-site or remote technical support.
• Adhere to company policies and IGB compliance guidelines.
