Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service or call center experience; familiarity with gaming products across board games, minis, RPGs, and CCGs is a plus; strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interest in gaming is a plus.
