Noble Knight Games in Fitchburg, WI seeks a Part-time Game Store Associate to join our retail team. The role is 15-25 hours per week with shifts including opening/closing and some weekend days. Responsibilities

• Work the store-front including answering customer questions, checking out customers and entering orders in the POS system.
• Answer phone calls and handle customer orders / payment, questions and concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Noble Knight to the highest degree in all facets of customer communication – in-store, phone, etc.
