Job summary

North Fork Mono Casino is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to lead the Compliance department, support adherence to federal, state, and tribal laws, and oversee AML/CFT programs. The role reports to the Compliance Manager and interacts with NFRGC and regulators.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring accurate regulatory filings and documentation. On-site work in Madera, CA is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tribal gaming laws/regulations (BSA/Title 31 an asset).
• Experience in supervisory roles within compliance or gaming.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to analyze risks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Compliance department and staff.
• Oversee AML/CFT program and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and law enforcement.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and prepare clear reports.
