Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of regulatory, investigative, or gaming experience required.
• Prior experience with a Tribal Gaming Commission or regulatory agency preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex gaming laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits, inspections, and observations of gaming operations.
• Provide compliance-related training and guidance.
• Conduct impartial investigations into regulatory violations.
