You will rely on Player Development expertise, including CRM systems and comp utilization, while reporting to the Player Development Manager. This role emphasizes high-value relationships and professional floor presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years direct Casino Host/Player Development experience.
• Experience using casino player tracking/CRM systems.
• Proven ability to acquire and retain high-value players.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with high-value, premium, emerging, and prospective players.
• Manage an assigned player portfolio and develop strategies to increase visitation, loyalty, and player value.
• Proactively identify and acquire new players through prospecting, referrals, events, and business-development opportunities.
• Maintain a visible presence on the casino floor and promote player enrollment in Rewards Program.
• Utilize CRM and casino databases to document interactions and guide development strategies.
• Meet assigned Player Development goals related to acquisition, visitation, retention, and portfolio development.
