Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• 2 to 5 years of related experience.
• Project management experience in the gaming industry.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements policies and practices for client installations, including access management.
• Manages data mapping and transfer, process documentation, testing and troubleshooting and client training.
• Serves as primary client liaison during delivery of professional services engagements.
• Ensures on-time delivery by coordinating with sales, systems engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintains client satisfaction and tracks issues until resolution.
