Qualifications

• 6 months cashiering or banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cashing customers out and giving correct change in a courteous manner.
• Place sports wagers and redeem sports wagering vouchers for cash.
• Count and record funds, conduct exchanges, and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Keep cash drawer balanced and coordinate with vault as needed.
• Verify IDs for check and cash advance transactions.
• Complete CTRs, W2Gs, and MTLs.
• Maintain customer relations and assist as Main Banker when needed.
• Track and issue player cards for new/existing accounts; redeem points for cash or prizes.
• Assist with gaming tournaments, including registration and guest guidance.
• Support Promotions & Special Events setup/teardown as required.
