Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC in New Hampshire is seeking a Cage Cashier to safeguard assets, handle cash and chips, and provide friendly, efficient service to guests. You will maintain confidentiality and ensure all transactions meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include balancing drawers, processing jackpots and credits, and maintaining accurate transaction records while staying compliant with Title 31 and internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous gaming or banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Balance assigned bank drawers and maintain records.
• Exchange chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Process jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advances.
• Maintain custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction records.
• Assist with clearing and resetting HHR machines.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31, including preparing CTRs and MTLs.
• Support other cashiers and assist the Cage Shift Manager as needed.
• Perform all vault functions and balance chip bank inventory.
