Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC, based in New Hampshire, is developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton. As a Cage Cashier, you’ll safeguard assets, handle cash and chips, and deliver friendly service while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities include balancing drawers, exchanging chips, processing jackpots, and ensuring Title 31 compliance. A high school diploma and prior gaming or banking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous gaming or banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Balance assigned bank drawers and maintain accurate records.
• Exchange chips, cash, and vouchers for guests in a timely, courteous manner.
• Process jackpots, table fills, credits, and credit card/EFTPOS advances.
• Maintain custody of coin, currency, checks, and all cage transaction records.
• Assist with clearing and resetting HHR machines.
• Ensure compliance with Title 31, including preparing CTRs and MTLs.
• Support other cashiers and assist the Cage Shift Manager as needed.
• Perform all vault functions and balance chip bank inventory.

What You'll Expect

As a Cage Cashier, you’ll safeguard company assets, handle cash and chips accurately, and ensure all transactions meet regulatory and company standards. You’ll deliver friendly, efficient service to guests while maintaining strict confidentiality.

What We Require

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license


• Must be able to work in a noisy, smoky environment with some exposure to temperature extremes


• Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform repetitive cash handling tasks


• Must be able to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
