Job summary

Keywords Studios, based in Los Angeles, seeks a Business Development Manager specialized in selling Audio Development Services to lead new business growth within the Video Games sector. You will collaborate with the Global Business Development team and report to the Head of Business Development - Media & Entertainment.

The role focuses on expanding Keywords’ Audio Dev division through strategic client engagement, senior-level negotiations, and cross-functional coordination across studios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in audio services for video games.
• Degree or Masters in audio, business, marketing, sales or related field.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify new prospective clients for Keywords’ Audio Dev division.
• Develop and execute sales development strategies for prospects.
• Qualify leads and manage opportunities through lifecycle.
• Support delivery studio in account management and client relations.
• Attend trade conferences and provide on-stand support.
• Produce reports following the company’s sales methodology.
• Collaborate with Audio Dev teams to ensure client satisfaction.
