Keywords Studios, based in Los Angeles, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager specialized in selling Audio Development Services to join the Global Business Development team. You will build and grow relationships with Video Games clients, focusing on VO, sound, music, and implementation across Keywords’ Audio Dev division.

The role requires proven new-business success, senior-level outreach, and the ability to work remotely or on-site in a global context. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in audio services for the video games industry.
• Degree or Masters in audio, business, marketing, sales or other related field.
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitors and customer direction.
• Ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify new prospective clients for Keywords’ Audio Dev division.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for these clients.
• Qualify leads and manage opportunities through their lifecycle.
• Provide customer support and manage client expectations with Audio Dev teams.
• Attend trade conferences and represent the company at events.
• Follow the company’s sales methodology and produce related reports.
• Support delivery studio in account management and client meetings.
