ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide friendly, professional, and prompt service to all guests on the gaming floor.

Monitor gaming machines for proper operation, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Assist guests with understanding game rules, payouts, and machine functions.

Maintain detailed knowledge of the gaming floor layout and amenities to assist guests accurately.

Conduct visual inspections and basic maintenance of gaming equipment, reporting any malfunctions.

Handle collection and payout of winnings in compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Respond to guest inquiries, issues, or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

Monitor for suspicious behavior and immediately report any irregularities in accordance with gaming security protocols.

Enforce age-verification and all regulatory compliance requirements.

Engage with guests to create a positive, personalized experience; promote ongoing promotions and events.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the gaming floor at all times.

Complete shift paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.

Demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude throughout all shifts.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Previous experience in a customer service or gaming environment is preferred.

Familiarity with gaming rules, operations, and procedures is a plus.

Must possess basic math and money-handling skills.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license in accordance with state regulations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout an entire shift on the gaming floor.

Requires the ability to bend, stoop, lift, and reach as needed to assist guests, maintain machines, and ensure a clean and safe environment.

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds on occasion.

Ability to operate gaming-related equipment and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity.

Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with flashing lights and continuous activity.

Requires the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a busy, dynamic setting.

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests and coworkers.

Must be flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the operational needs of the facility.

May be exposed to secondhand smoke in designated areas in accordance with local laws and company policies.
