Job summary

Morehouse College is seeking a Gameday Operations Assistant to support athletic events on campus. You will assist with setup, in-game operations, and post-event breakdown while serving as an usher and greeter to enhance the fan experience.

As a student, you will work evenings and weekends during the fall and spring athletic seasons, helping ensure smooth event execution and hospitality excellence on Morehouse home games.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student in good academic standing.
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and during athletic seasons.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors or in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-event setup including signage and activations.
• Support in-game operations such as scoreboard and crowd flow.
• Serve as ushers/greeters to welcome guests and answer questions.
• Aid post-event teardown and venue reset.
