Qualifications

• Enrolled student in good academic standing.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and throughout athletic seasons.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors or in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Run live game day coverage, manage in-game updates.
• Assist with media check-in, press box setup, and postgame interviews.
• Coordinate postgame press releases and coach/player interviews.
• Write game previews, recaps, and athlete spotlights.
• Capture photos and video clips for social media and archives.
• Help manage Morehouse Athletics social media accounts.
• Create graphics and highlight reels using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Archive game files, rosters, and historical data for records.
• Assist in updating bios, schedules, and honors on the athletics site.
• Help organize credentialing and media requests.
• Contribute to campaigns highlighting student‑athlete achievements.
