Job summary

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, a fast-growing Louisiana franchise, is seeking dedicated Line Cooks for a part-time schedule. You’ll work in a high-volume kitchen, following recipes, safety guidelines, and HACCP procedures while contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.

You must be punctual, well-groomed, and able to stand for long periods, operate kitchen equipment, and collaborate with supervisors and staff to deliver quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Read and follow recipes, prep sheets, and portioning charts in English.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Arrives on time with clean uniform and ready to work.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for heating and cooling of food.
• Follow day prep sheet and complete duties.
• Set up sani-buckets and maintain clean work area.
• Assist other staff and complete tasks without constant supervision.
