• Follows Walk-On’s safety, sanitation, and employee guidelines.
• Sets up sani-buckets and maintains a clean work area during shifts.
• Calibrates bio-thermometers and scales for accurate results.
• Follows HACCP guidelines for heating and cooling of food items.
• Assists other employees to complete tasks during shift.
