Job summary

Pacers Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Fan Engagement Intern for Spring 2027 (January–May). The role is on-site in Indianapolis, IN and requires 20–25 hours per week within the Marketing & Brand department.

The intern will help with community initiatives, gameday activations, and office tasks while gaining exposure to a professional sports environment. Responsibilities include event setup/teardown, managing fan engagement activities, and supporting promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student (junior/senior/graduate).
• Business or sports-related major preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Passionate about working in sports industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down fan engagement activities in concourses and manage promotional assets.
• Assist with Fan Van calendar; engage with community partners; travel to events.
• Support gameday activities: prize giveaways, photo booth activations, autograph signings, family activities.
• Handle general administrative tasks and maintain promotional materials; assist in plaza activations.
