Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking motivated Event Management Interns to gain hands-on experience in Event Security & Guest Services Operations at major stadiums and arenas. This role focuses on gameday execution, staffing logistics, and operational planning.

Interns will assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, and collaboration with venue leadership while developing leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced live-event environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in a related field (Sports Management, Hospitality, Business, Criminal Justice).
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays for events.
• Willingness to work in both operational and administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and payroll management for event staff.
• Support setup and breakdown of event operations.
• Help lead gameday operations and frontline roles as needed.
• Conduct onboarding and training for new staff.
