Job summary

Hall of Fame Village in Canton, OH seeks a Security Operations Intern to gain hands-on experience in physical security, asset protection, emergency preparedness, and large-scale event operations within a dynamic hospitality and entertainment environment.

You will work with security leadership and officers to develop practical skills in incident management, surveillance, guest screening, data analysis, and security technology while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Public Safety, or related field.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Canton, OH and with multiple departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to visitors, guests, clients, vendors, and employees.
• Respond to and document incidents and security concerns through investigation and reporting.
• Conduct campus patrols and communicate safety or operational issues.
• Monitor 400+ cameras and assist with security mapping and data analysis projects.
• Support security planning for campus events and daily operations.
