Job summary

Hall of Fame Village is seeking an Operations Intern to support day-to-day campus operations, gain exposure to sports and event management, and work across multiple departments. You will assist with events, logistics, and inventory while contributing to high-profile football events and operational improvements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and is eager to take on diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in sports/event/business field.
• Interest in sports, events, facility operations.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service and administrative support to the Operations team.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
• Coordinate football event schedules and campus events throughout the fall season.
• Support inventory management and asset tagging for operations.
• Assist with stadium and sporting events across Hall of Fame Village.
• Communicate across departments to ensure smooth event execution.
