Job summary

Walk-Ons is seeking a part-time Busser to join our team in Madison, AL. You will support servers, clear and reset tables, and help maintain a high-energy, guest-focused dining room. Ideal candidates are 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

No previous restaurant experience is required; training is provided, with evenings, weekends, and holidays available. Join a championship-style hospitality team where every table turns and every guest smiles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude, team-first mentality and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Willingness to take direction and also jump in where needed.
• Comfortable reading and following safety materials in English.
• Flexible schedule – nights, weekends, holidays and events.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep tables cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly so guests can get in on the action.
• Jump in as a teammate—help run food, refill drinks, and assist servers.
• Maintain spotless dining areas, floors, and workstations.
• Set up and maintain sanitation stations following safety guidelines.
• Learn the menu and suggest guest favorites and specials.
• Ensure guests have what they need, anticipate, smile, and deliver.
• Be flexible and help with trash/recycling and restocking supplies.
• Follow alcohol awareness laws and company service standards.
