Job summary

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux in Gonzales, LA is seeking part-time bussers to join a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will help keep tables cleared, reset, and ready for guests while supporting servers and hosts to ensure a smooth dining experience.

No prior restaurant experience required, but reliability and a positive attitude are essential. The role offers flexible hours and room for advancement with a fun, game-day atmosphere and Louisiana flavor.

Qualifications

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
• Assist servers with refills and delivering items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including outdoor areas.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable; report issues.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables as guests depart and prepare for new guests.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread and condiments, and delivering items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Keep guest-facing areas, including outdoor spaces, clean and presentable.
