Job summary

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux in Lafayette, LA is seeking a part‑time Busser to support the service team in a fast‑paced, gameday atmosphere. You’ll clear and reset tables, assist servers, maintain a clean dining room, and help create a welcoming guest experience.

No prior restaurant experience is required but is preferred; flexible hours and scheduling support a busy student or anyone with outside obligations, with room for advancement on the team.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required, but preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart.
• Assist servers by refilling water, replenishing bread and condiments, and delivering items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors, chairs and service stations.
• Ensure guest‑facing areas, including outdoor areas, are clean and presentable.
• Check restrooms for cleanliness, stock, and overall upkeep; report maintenance issues.
