Job summary

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking part-time Bussers to support the service team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role involves clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming for guests.

Ideal candidates enjoy teamwork, have a positive attitude, and can handle the physical demands of standing for long periods and lifting up to 70 lbs. Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread/condiments, and delivering items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including outdoor areas.
• Ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable; report maintenance issues.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 10+ hours
• Ability to work at a fast pace for at least 6 hours consecutively
• Ability to adhere to uniform guidelines
• Have reliable form of transportation
• Ability to memorize floor chart and table numbers
