Job summary

Walk On's - MONTGOMERY is seeking a part-time Busser to support servers and keep dining areas clean and ready for guests. You will clear and reset tables, assist with food running and refills, and maintain sanitation throughout shifts in a lively sports-bar environment.

We value punctuality, a positive attitude, and teamwork. Training is provided; prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and carry trays up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and a natural smile.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Read and complete safety materials in English.
• Flexible schedule—nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in uniform and ready to hustle.
• Keep tables cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly.
• Assist servers with running food and refilling drinks.
• Maintain spotless dining areas, floors, and workstations.
• Set up and maintain sanitation stations following guidelines.
• Learn the menu and suggest guest favorites and specials.
• Ensure guests have what they need and deliver with a smile.
• Be flexible and help with trash, restocking supplies, and more.
