You’ll perform routine maintenance, assist guests with questions, and coordinate with the team to resolve issues quickly. Must be 18+ with flexible hours including weekends. No two days are the same in our fast-paced play area.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on arcade/game equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain amusement games, simulators and related tech.
• Assist Guests with questions and ensure a positive experience.
• Stock, organize, and secure merchandise in storage areas; assist with daily operations.
