Job summary

Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort in Rhode Island is seeking a professional dealer to run studio casino games and live table play, both in person and through our systems. You will deliver a polished experience, interact with guests via live chat, and uphold high standards of professionalism.

Must hold the Rhode Island Gaming license, demonstrate strong math and English, and work under pressure. Training in multiple games is required; occasional participation in promotional photos may occur.

Qualifications

• Rhode Island Gaming Operations License reading/writing/arithmetic required.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to speak and understand English; enthusiastic customer service skills.

• Professional presentation and control of the studio casino games at the table and on our systems.
• Provide a pleasant gaming experience with professional interaction with customers through live chat.

• Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming Operations License Reading, writing, simple arithmetic, mathematics, good color vision, finger and arm dexterity, good vision, speaking, hearing, sitting, standing, lifting, bending, working under pressure, and working rapidly for long periods.
• The physical requirements are general requirements for this position. The actual exertion level (and frequency of use) can and does fluctuate depending on the individual tasks being performed. Responsible for compliance in conducting the operation of one or more of the following games: Craps, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, and any variation of the above-mentioned games.
• Properly trained and licensed. Strong mathematical skills. Must be able to speak and understand English. Enthusiastic customer services skills. Ability to successfully complete dealer auditions in the games for which dealer has received training. Ability to demonstrate knowledge and prior training in two or more of the following games: Craps, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, and any variation of the above-mentioned games.
