Job summary

4 THE ESCAPE LLC in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward is seeking Game Master/Hosts to join our new venue. You’ll report to the Venue Assistant Manager and work as a friendly, communicative team member delivering an exciting customer experience.

You will greet guests, manage check-in, oversee pre-game service, and run multiple games while upselling games and merchandise. The role requires standing for long periods, weekend availability, and a flexible schedule.

Based at our new store, opening soon in Milwaukee's beautiful Historic Third Ward, we are seeking Game Master/Hosts to join our team. The successful applicants will become an integral part of our team as we grow this exciting new venue. You’ll report directly to the Venue Assistant Manager. Full-time positions available.

Job Description

• Perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check in; pre-game service; running/game mastering multiple games at once; interacting with customers; post-game experience).
• Reset games after they have been played
• Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation.
• Upsell games and merchandise to customers
• Deliver an excellent and professional customer service experience to customers
• Maintain safety standards
• Cleaning and sanitizing the area in and around venue to high standards
• Standing for extended periods

General characteristics

• Outgoing and confident with good communication skills.
• Welcome guests with a warm welcome, smile, and positive attitude.
• Flexibility for hours worked with weekend availability.
• Must be able to stand, stoop and lift objects up to 20 pounds during a shift.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: Part-time $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 + per week
